When can I order?
Orders open every Friday at 12pm and close on Sunday at 6pm, for delivery the following Tuesday and Friday.
When do you deliver?
Tuesday and Friday, between 11am and 3pm.
Where do you deliver?
Derry city and the Waterside. Delivery is £2.50 per delivery day, so £5.00 if you get both Tuesday and Friday. You can also collect for free.
Can I split my meals across Tuesday and Friday?
Yes, any way you like: all on Tuesday, all on Friday, or any split between the two.
How does pricing work?
Meals are £7.00 each (minimum order £35.00). Order 12 or more and every meal drops to £6.58. Packages start at £49.00 for 7 meals.
What's the difference between high and low carb?
Every meal comes both ways. High carb comes with rice, potatoes or pasta; low carb swaps those for extra veg.
How long do the meals keep?
Keep them in the fridge and eat within 3 days of delivery. Reheat until piping hot.
Can I change or skip my order?
Yes, from your account until Sunday at 6pm. If you've paid by card, any difference is charged or refunded automatically.
Can I pay by cash?
Yes, from your second order. Your first order is paid by card.
